AGAC Fall 2026
Season Information
Dates: August 17 - December 13, 2026
Dates: August 17 - December 13, 2026
Fall Season Overview
The Fall club season is the start of the short course season. During the Fall, we will place a large emphasis on stroke technique and building a strong aerobic base as this is the biggest block of training we have all year! This will allow us to set the foundation for strong end-of-season performances and to prepare our high school athletes for success in the spring HS swim season.
How to Join/Register
Returning athletes: All athletes who are returning from the previous season are already up to date with their USA Swimming membership and no further action is needed.
New athletes: If your athlete is new to AGAC or was not registered with USAS in 2025, please contact Head Coach, Kevin Virnig (kevin@agacswim.org) about your interest in joining the team. You will be sent a link to register for USA Swimming.
Returning athletes:
Please use the registration link below to complete the Fall 2026 Club Registration.
Club registration for returning athletes must be completed by Sunday, August 16th @ 11:59 PM.
The Coaching Staff has already placed athletes into their respective registration groups, so you should be able to simply register them for the group that is pre-selected.
New athletes:
You may complete this step anytime during your child's first week of practice after they have been placed into a training group by their coach - please do not register prior to your child being placed in a training group!

All families will be charged the $100 Annual Volunteer Program Fee on 9/1/26 (or upon joining if after 9/1).
This fee is charged annually once per family (not per athlete).
This will appear as a separate charge from the club registration.
The Volunteer Program allows parents to earn credits on their account for volunteering at swim meets (timing, home meet jobs, etc.).
More information about the Volunteer Program and how to earn credit can be found here.

Swim Meets and Senior travel trips are separate from the club membership and billed automatically on a per-meet basis once the team commitment deadline for each meet passes. Meet entry fees are calculated based on the athlete surcharge & event fee imposed by the host team.
For planning purposes, local/age-group meet entries typically cost approximately $45-50 for the first day (and $20-25 for each additional day) which accounts for athlete surcharges, event fees & coaching fees. Senior team travel meets typically range from $125-150/day to cover van rental, transportation expenses, hotel and all meet entries & fees. Athletes are responsible for food expenses on all team trips.
All athletes in the Development - Senior training groups are expected to compete in all local meets that their group is invited to and will be entered into these meets by default. If the athlete has a conflict and is unable to attend a meet, their parent must decline/de-commit them from the meet in their Commit Parent Portal prior to the meet deadline.
Any out-of-town swim meet that involves team or family travel (outside of the SCS/Coastal Committee) requires parents to commit their athlete to the meet. This generally applies to end-of-season championship meets and/or Senior travel invitationals.
Please review the AGAC Fees & Billing Agreement document for more information about billing. This document must be electronically signed prior to each season (by checking the box during the club registration) as your acknowledgement of all billing obligations as a member of AGAC.
All athletes are required to commit to a full season of membership. There are no monthly/drop-in club membership options. If you choose to pay in monthly installments, all installments must be paid for the season, even if an athlete takes time off or leaves the team mid-season.
No exceptions will be made to our club's billing policy outlined in the document above.
